As part of Fotografiets Dag / Photography Day 2021, Eyes as Big as Plates is invited to give an artist talk at Preus Museum in Horten in Norway. We look forward to sharing field notes, process images and snippets from the upcoming book, along with our favourite tips on how to best approach strangers, where to go (and where not to go) hunting for beach cabbage, and how to shoot with medium format cameras in all weather conditions.
The talk can be enjoyed live in the company of photography-loving humans and with Karoline on stage (with Riitta beaming through the screen directly from NY via Zoom), or you can livestream it on YouTube. The lecture will be presented in English and starts at 4.30 PM Norwegian time / 10.30 AM NY time / 3.30 PM GMT.
