Det ble en strålende 8.mars i Nasjonalgalleriets atelier på søndag med over 40 små og store kunstnere tilstede – takk til alle som kom og takk til fotograf Frode Larsen fra Nasjonalmuseet for dokumentasjon.

In relation to the ongoing exhibition The Magic North. Finnish and Norwegian art around 1900 at the National Museum in Oslo, Eyes as Big as Plates has been invited to hold a family workshop in the National Gallery studio, Sunday March 8th.

Half of the Eyes as Big as Plates duo is currently in Omaha, Nebraska on an artist residency at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. I samarbeid med Nasjonalmuseet for kunst, arkitektur og design er Eyes as Big as Plates klar for turné med vandreutstillingen Øyne så store som tinntallerkener. Utstillingen er en del av Nasjonal Ressursbank DKS og skal besøke 5-7. klassinger over hele landet de neste to årene.

Seks norske samtidsfotografer tilnærmer seg det fotografiske mediet i utstillingen BLIKK! som er produsert av Buskerud Kunstsenter – Pilotgalleriet ved Jasmina Kemura, Susanne Fleischmann og Marianne Skarpnes for DKS Buskerud.

Stiftelsen Bjørka har siden oppstarten i 1998 vært et produksjonssted og atelierfellesskap for billedkunstnere som arbeider med kamerabasert kunst i Oslo. Vi feirer 15-åringen med en utstilling på visningsstedet Oslo Prosjektrom i Platous gt. 18. Etter åpningen blir det fest i det gamle LabDoka-lokalet i bakgården til Bjørka.

Torsdag 4.september slippes det nye nummeret av FANFARE på Wurst i Oslo. Jeg bidrar med nytt materiale fra Billett Merket, en ny portrettserie om nettdatere.
